This agreement applies between you (“the User”) and Cass Academy, the owner and operator of this website.
Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4–11 and 15–25 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website.
Clauses 3 and 12–14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.
No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer, and our acceptance of that offer occurs upon our sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been accepted.

Class times and start dates
Login credentials or access details
13.3 If an order is not accepted, no payment will be taken. Any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.
13.4 Services generally begin within 2–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
14. Cancellation of Orders and Services
We want you to be satisfied with your enrollment; however, because class spaces are limited and preparation begins immediately after purchase, the following terms apply:
14.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and before the class or course has begun.
After seven (7) days from purchase, or once the class has started (whichever occurs first), no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance or scheduling conflicts.
14.2 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through the Help Form available on the Website.
Requests submitted through other channels (including email, chat, or social media) will not be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
14.3 Class Cancellations by Us
If a class or course is canceled by Us (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability), you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available session of equal value.
14.4 Transfers and Credits
Requests to transfer to a different class date or time must be submitted through the Help Form before the class start date and are subject to availability.
Once a class has begun, no transfers or credits will be granted.
15. Privacy
Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy (cassacademy.learnworlds.com/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference.
16. Data Protection
16.1 All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws.
16.2 Your information is used to:
Provide Services;
Process payments; and
Communicate updates or new offerings (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Cass Academy will not share your information with third parties without consent.
